Facebook Cloud Driver download 8.5.2

Hi guys,
Recently had to open an eSR to find the RN and software for the Cloud Driver for FB and Twitter 8.5.2. As you may know the 8.5.1 is going to be phased out next month.

Hi,

Were you able to download Genesys Cloud API Driver for Twitter? I cannot see in any of my accounts on Genesys site to download

You have to make an order on Genesys to provide you with these components

If you see the old ones then you just select version 8.5.3 which are there but hidden. Select the version first, then they will appear...bug.
However if you don't have access to any of them, then as kubig says, need to ask to Genesys for access them and justify it. Customer who paid for it or your partner license.
