SIP SERVER

Hi all,

after having installed the SIP server, started the service and configured the application, while trying to start the application from GAX, i'm shown the message "start pending".

when checking the alarm tab in gax dashboard, the following status is reported:

Severity:            major
Alarm title:        application failure
Application:      sip server
Message:          application type: TServer. Application terminated due to internal condition

can someone help me in finding the cause of the problem?
thanks a lot to every one

No log is created since the application does not start

Double clicking the batch file may print and close write away the console.
Try opening a prompt before (Start - Run and type "cmd"). Then go to the installation path of SIP Server (ex: D:\GCTI\SIPServer) and start the batch.

In case, there is no log created, it seems like the T-Server is not able to connect to the configuration server (it can be caused by incorrect configuration on SIP Server process/services, network outage, incorrect configuration on SIP server application object, etc)

In my humble opinion, if you have to teach someone how to handle a bat file then sorry he is not ready to provide support...
