Hi,

I am starting working on Skype For Business integration with Genesys with my existing lab environment. I tried to find in documentation on Genesys framework componenet minimum version pre-requistes but no luck as documentation do not have this information.

Can anyone tell me or provide a reference of documentation where I wcan find the  minimum version pre-requistes of Genesys framework componenet.

I assume that requires special access to the documentation source - try to check it with your Genesys representative.
