a little bit confused and maybe lost... but stupid question to guru: can alcatel SIP user act as genesys agent? carefully read documentation of alcatel? where written: SIP user can not monitored by CSTA and CTI link, so probably answer is "no", but alcatel can manage GVP SIP connection... its clear, what sip gateway and sip user are different, but... anybody check possibility for genesys to monitor SIP user via CTI link?

    • No, with Alcatel TServer A4400 no way, however using SIP Tserver yes.
