I am writing because I am worried about our UNIX system.
In a few months, UNIX date will change from a nine digits to ten. Will it have a negative impact on our Genesys environment, where we have running a tserver, a statserver, and a call concentrator?

Should we take some precautionary steps in order to prevent the problem from happening?

How are other companies which use UNIX for their Genesys environment preparing for it?

Almost all dates and times are stored in a Genesys environment as seconds since 0000hrs on 1 January 1970 (UTC time). Becuase of this I wouldn't anticipate a problem.

    Peter,
