We are evaluating the Genesys TServer solution to work within an
outbound, inbound, and blended call center environment. Would like
to hear feedback from anyone with experience with this specific
integration. Thanks in advance.

We were able to implement it with G5.15 version using japanese version of NEAX PBXs called APEX. What kind of information would you like?

Thanks for the response. I am looking for any information regarding
integration with Aspect Release 6.21. This software release from
Aspect will no longer be supported beyond 1/1/2002. I am hoping that
someone has experience with this. Thanks again.

  • Hi:

We are integrating Genesys Tserver 5.1.560_05 with Aspect ACD release 7.2.2 with application bridge version 4 (release 6.0). You should go for the latest release of Tserver which is the one that I have mentioned it. This release is not Generally available yet. Genesys has made a lot of hot fixes and improvements to their Aspect Tserver and release 5.1.560_05 is very stable. You have to configure some CCTs with particular application bridge messaging to work with Genesys. The documentation is not all that helpful. FAQs from the Genesys website with some experienced guys should solve the problem of integration.

Kindly email me if you need any further details.
    Thanks,
    Ramesh.
