CCA - DMA being naughty...

Hello! :)

Got DMA 7.2.003.00 and generally a 7.2.x deployment;

I have an "All Agents" Layout, based on the Meta Group "All Agents".  I recently added 20 Agents, which appear in the Objects Pane of DMA - but they don't appear in the Data Pane.  I used Hyperion to pull off a report and found the Agent's details are in the Object table (O_) but the ObjectID's are not in the Stats Table (R_).

I've checked the permissions, etc. on all of the Agents and there is nothing out of the ordinary.
I've restarted the Solution but still don't get results.
I've deactivatetd and activated the Layout but it made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas why DMA would list my new Agents as Objects - but then not display them in the Data Chunks..?

Thanks!

TT

not sure if this is related, but from release notes for DMA 7.2.003.03

"In previous releases, DMA sometimes failed to open statistical parameters and generated an Overflow error message. This release of DMA corrects this problem".

  • Thanks - i haven't seen any generated errors - just doesn't seem to want to display stats for new Objects, irrespective of how big a stick I hit it with...

    Update: Objects have appeared but I have to deactivate and activate the Layout several times... not a good sign, since new Objects should be dynamically added, through the activation of the Metagroup "All Agents"...  ???
