Does anyone know where specification for classes used to develop agent's application can be found?

    Hello

    I am trying to write an Application that will serve in a Call Center

    The Call Center is Already working with the GeneSys TServer and DEsktop Client using the GeneSys ActiveXs ...

    My Application will be responsible for getting info about The AgentID related to a device ID ...

    I want to write a program taht can query the AgentID (may be using the TqueryAddress) method ..but I am not sure if this can be done using the Textension ActiveX GeneSys Provides ..

    Do you know how to get the Agents ID related to a specific DEviceID at run time from a central Application ?
