Does anyone know why I am getting EventError[174] Unsuccessful Answer request when trying to answer the soft phone in the ringing event handler. I get the error but I also get the off hook and event estabished events. The phone successfully answers so I don't understand why I receive the event. I also don' get the error event if I don't automatically answer in the ringing event handler and answer manually. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you please post part of the log where this happens?
Also, are you using Sample App provided with Framework? What PBX and link?

Currently working with tech support on this issue. It sounds like it may be a switch configuration issue. We are interfacing to Meridian 1 through a Symposium link. Thanks for the offer. Will let you know if we find anything.

  • Sounds like an issue we have here. The caller hangs up but the Meridian via Symposium doesn't inform TServer. The call has gone so when the softphone tries to answer we get the error.

If you receive a fix, can you share it please.
