We are using Nortel Meridian PABX Option 61 Release 25 and Genesys 6.1 ERS. When agents are put in Notready state from the Softphone calls are coming. Sometimes before filling up wrapup screen also, calls are coming in. What would be the exact reason. If anybody run into same problem or you have any solution kindly let me know.

  • Take a look at the verification time parameter in the router reference guide. This might be the cause.

    When are you sending your not ready. You need to send it whilst on the call. TO acheive this you need to set no_call_disconnect to 3
