Has anybody succesfully got multi site routing the the pos id working on a Meridian. We can get multi site working and we can get single site acd delivery working (via a queue and translations) but not both.

Could you please tell us how?
I recall seeing a white paper long time ago on Genesys website about how to use translation to route calls to ACD position;however, we have never done it because... I forgot what it was but it was pretty meaningless.

Are you trying to route the calls to ACD position because you do not want URS to route the calls to extension and have a call from acd queue arrive to position of the same agent as well?

What we want is all routed calls to be delivered to the primary DN. (giving us a bleep and other things). You do this by settting up every phone to be in its own ACD queue, then by using translations setting use translation and the destination settings in URS the call sucesfully delivers to Primary DN and URS tracks it correctly. If you are thinking of doing it then get the TServer guide with the instructions in and follow them word for word. Also Default routing is best set up using HUnt groups.
