Has anybody had any issues with using CCPulse+ 6.5 with XP loading very slowly. IT appears to be fine on NT. WE ran a sniffer on the network and it appear that it is trying to download over 40mb of data

I was using XP with no problem. Probably is due to viruses on your workstation.

I have talked to some of our clients and it seems like they did have a similar problem. It was resolved by upgrading from G6.5 to G7 CCP. I am not sure why it would fix the problem (someone please ask Genesys support), but it did. (CCP asking only for the stats of the relevant agents and not the whole god damn workforce?)
So, to summarize it: upgrade your CCP to G7 and it should take care of that.

On a separate note would it be possible to filter the statistics based on the logged in agents and have Stat Server send only that info even if CCP requests for all of the agents and not only the logged in ones?
