Hi All,

I'm doing POC about Genesys Express 4.0 with Nortel (release 25.3) and Symposium (version 3) and having some problems as below :
1. Every time when I restart TServer, VTO ports couldn't answer call.
I must delete VTO ports in SwitchSymposium > DN , recreated DNs and added channels in Voice Treatment Server again.
2. Some fields in the Agent Daily Report show NaN:NaN:NaN:NaN.
3. I moved the agent to a new group via Configuration Manager but calls not route to the agent in new group,
I must restart URS then calls could be routed to the agent.
4. I would implement handling ring oanswer but Symposium doesn't support TRedirect. How to implement it?

Thanks a lot,
Sitto

Hi,

post the releases please;
1)are you sure TServer correctly registers VT ports on startup? I had this problem, fixed in:
VTO Release Number 7.1.001.03 [06/10/05] Hot FixTServer now correctly registers DNs of the type Voice Treatment Port on the switch. Previously, TServer did not register DNs of this type correctly. (ER# 4601625)
2)NaN is usually displayed when the stat defined in StatServer is not correct;
3)too few infos, investigate URS logs and repost :)
