How to set default Disposition

Hi,

I'm looking for an option how to setup default disposition code when mandatory disposition is disabled in WWE.

I searched the doc shows no option, can someone please help with option details

    • On the Business Attributes Values inside your Disposition Code Business Attributes, mark the checkbox "default" for the value that you want to be the default

    I tried it.  But i don't see that default disp attribute value is selected in WWE interaction window.  So it is not attaching to the interaction after we end the interaction
