We reciently upgraded from Symposium 4.2 to CCMS 6.0.  We are running Nortel Succession 3.0.
We are now having problems with our peripherals:  Virtual Hold, and Witness eQuality Balance.
We were using CT connect and have been told that they are not partners with Nortel and software
supporting CCMS 6.0 won't come out till 9/06.  So we've decided to add the Genesys/Virtual Hold product.

We were informed by Nortel that we could connect to the E-Lan and so I built both an ElAN and a VAS following the instructions in the Genesys Deployment guide.  The problem is that we can't establish the link.  When we turn up the Genesys application it connects then disconnects saying the the buffer is out of range.  What am I missing here to get the link to stay established?

thanks.   Dale    :-\

  • Hi, Dale,

    can you please post:

    1. your T-Server logs and options file?
    2. what TServer version are you using?
    3. Elan configuration

This would help understand the problem.

    Thanks,
    Vic
