How do i integrate the Verint Vocice Logger with Genesys T-Server,What are the Parameters i need?What will the application name when it contcat with T-sever?

    • You have to enter the Primary and Secondry Host Name/IP and Port of the T-Server in Intelli Link configuration application. Infolink will connect to T-Server and register all the DN in order to get the Events for all the DNs which you will define in Intelli Link configuration under Devices Section.
