• Hi,

we can't say anything from it, you need to post the confserv log file and the version you are running.
Problem Description

Worked for several months. User is logged onto CME when crashing. Problem happening for the last 3 weeks. Unable to determine what changed.

Error: "The instruction at "0x5f401a8e" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "written"."

Error2: "The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"."

Solution
sent latest GA of Configuration Manager
So check the version of CME your clients are using.
