    Sorry for my persistence, but did u test it? I had complete test with GAD 7.5 running under config proxy. But then i try change any operators setings from supervisor mode - i had an error.  And in the config proxy log files i found next message
    "Configuration Server Error : Error  [CFGReadOnlyOperationalModeActivated], object [], property [Unknown] Description Transaction rejected. The configuration server is currently working in read-only mode"

    Sorry, but i think in this case Genesys is righful  - config server proxy mode work in the read only and neither used for write to config db.

    • We are testing this in our Development Environment in the the New Year.  I believe that there are a couple of Options to be applied, to ensure a Config Proxy remains in READ/WRITE Mode...

    I am hopeful... :)

    Hi, Tony!
    How u hope? =) I  found answer and complete solution maid by lates Genesys update =) After upgrade to config server 7.6.000.28 their maid new option in csproxy section proxy-writable=true or false. noew we can use GAD with posible change user data.
