Is it possible to highliht an agent in CCpulse with a colour 1 if a statistic1 value >=10 and with a colour 2 if a statistic2 value>20?

When I try to associate agent to a treshold I cannot choose statistic which need to be chosen as a subject for a treshold. I can do that only in a table view but then the stat value is higlihed and not the agent in the tree view.

    • It is only possible to apply thresholds for statistics on the statistic itself.

    The only type of threshold/action you can apply to an agent object is the LoggedIn/LoggedOut threshold and Hide/Unhide action.
