Title: DN outofservice during dial in SIPserver

Hi All,

We are using SIP T-Server Version 8.0.


Have configured source and destination DN in CME. When we are trying TMakecall (dial) ,
the call is released from the phone where the call is initiated and it goes onhook ( EventOnHook) and DN goes into outofservice (EventDNOutOfService).
The other phone (called part- destination DN)  gets logged out.tested the dial functionality in Genesys Test support phone and customized phone .please suggest what is the issue.


can we make calls in Genesys Test support phone using SIP T-Server ???

Akash,

Using just CTI softphone isn't sufficient. You need SIP softphone to register for the DN to make it working properly.
