When we installed genesys adapter in a clean ms crm system everything worked great.
But when they import customization into the crm some very strange things happened.
Sometimes when a new call arrives the form does not pop up at all. sometimes it pops up without the answer button so the user cannot answer the call, sometimes if the answer buttom appears when he presses the button is is not possible to speak with the customer. Sometimes when the agent tries to make his status from ready to not ready the status remain the same in the crm but in the ccpulse has changed correctly.
Does anyon came up with the same problem with a customized crm?When we install genesys in a customized crm do we have to take something else into account?

In the event viewer three diffrerent error come up with the customized crm which are the following.

1) CacheManagerBase.internalOnCacheChanged() OnCacheChanged == null

2) ERROR [Genesyslab.MsCrm.Web.CacheManager.CacheManagerXml] (null) CacheManagerXml.InitInstance - Cache Manager not yet initialized.

3)ERROR [Genesyslab.MsCrm.Components.BizFacade.ObjectModel.BizAgent] (null) Exception in PostSignIn(): Message = Unable to set status on dn(s): 80781 crmemail  [Error code: BizFacadeErrorPresenceUnableToSetStatus]


We have installed genesys express 4.2 with gplus adapter 7.2 and we only use phobe(not enail or any other media)

  • hi, i think i found the solution.
    in the application pooling, in the maximum number of worker processes i reduced the number from 2 to 1. This seems to solved the problem
