Event Description needed for documentation

Hi All,

I've got to pull some documentation together for the TServer Events.

I've managed to source a few of them:

  EventAgentReady = indicates that an agent has made the agent station ready for operation

But I've got a shed-load of events that I've not got descriptions for...

Could anyone point me in the correct direction please  :-)

Genesys Support website, http://support.genesyslab.com, you need to have a valid user, meaning you took some training or someone who has access at your company (if VAR) can ask an access for you.

Sorry - you must have misunderstood my requirements...

I need a few lines of text for documentation purposes.

I do not need to know anything about Genesys operates, nor have I claimed that I am a genius.

I am clever enough to search for an identifier in a document and recognise whether the text nearby is a description.

I think what cav means is that TEvents, as a series of general descriptions, is not a "small ask".  You've outlined that you are not a Genesys expert and I pointed you in the right direction, as outlined by cav.

For clarity; we are not Genesys PS/TS and we do our best to help out others - but it appeared that you were asking that someone provide you with a complete, consolidated listing for TEvents, which nobody actually holds... hence the directions you were given.

Without knowing what you were asking for, you were not in a position to know that it is not freely available - and that it would take quite a while to compile that level of detail.

Cav was highlighting your hopes and dreams - whilst adding a little realism... I'm sure there was no animosity intended.

I hope you're on the right track, now...?
