InfoMart Alternatives

Hi the company i am working at is starting a complete upgrade of their Genesys to 7.6 from 7.1. As part of this they have identified some key reporting requirements as listed below.

- call Level details
- End to End call data

The obvious solution seems to be InfoMart. However the price quoted for this is difficult to sell to my management.

My question is does anyone use or have a alternative to Infomart that gets roughly the same data from Genesys T-Server?

If so and you have some documentation i can study it and present to the business as a possible solution. Any documentation at a lower level than a sales pitch would be needed like a design document as i need to be sure we can support and use the application.

Any help welcome and if your product is good a sales oppertunity ;-)

There are 3rd party products out there that have some of this call detail data

We use one today, but do have plans to evaluate Informart

If you work hard at it, it's possible to be creative in your routing and write stat and attached data out to a flat file.... as long as it isn't a LOT of data...

You also might want to consider the Stat SDK, before jumping in with Infomart...

My question is the same as yours so i am a little confused to your question. We are looking for a alternative to InfoMart to save costs.

Is the cost of InfoMart really that much more than developing and supporting a custom or 3rd party application?  Im not sure about cost, but Info Mart 7.6.003x is a pretty stable product.
