For the last few months I have been using this board to resolve a lot of problems I was having related to Genesys.
I noticed that there are several things mixed up in the same place:
1.Operation
elated advice
2. Troubleshooting
3. Basic knowhow
What I was thinking is that sometimes there are problems that we could not really report to Genesys without looking into it a bit further. Also, sometimes, the replies we get are less than or maybe different from what we really were looking for.
So, I was thinking of adding a simple troubleshooting database where we would record a problem, and its solution. Think of it as a big knowledge bank.
This board will be used for normal discussion like we always have done, and the other board would be a summary of the problem. It would also allow us to get a lot of people involved on working, testing, and evaluating problems we might encounter. To me, this is really something that I MUST have, because Genesys is not just a product: we depend on its quality and ability to provide our clients with the solutions that they need.
I am adding a new simple board "Troubleshooting" which will be used by Genesys community to collaborate together on verifying and fixing various Genesys
