how to install an app in genesys/

From CME, i need to install two apps
one is ivr and other is ivr_ha
whats the normal procedure to follow, i never done this before
i have information about host and folders to install, any documentation to read?
please let me know, thanks

I would recommend you reading of IVR Server Administrator's Guide and probably CME help.
