Text in Standard Response Categories

I would like to change the font in the responses within the standard response library in IW. Our programmers said they can only load the responses in plain text. Our responses require the agents to insert specific customer information before sending out to the customer and in plain text it is hard to see sometimes. I would like to have the text either in bold or a different color so they stand out. Any help would be great so I can pass it on.

That is what I was woondering is if there is another option to load as instead of plain text. The "IT" person said no, but I am wanted to double check because that does not seem correct.

On knowledge manager you can load HTML. So ask him to review his sources
