Play Announcement in Alcatel 4400

We're trying to play a Voice Guide from a routing strategy using the Play Announcement block but nothing is played(heard). There's not many parameters involved, id of Voice Guide and language id, to my knowledge. No errors in TServer log either.

Anyone who's had any success with this ?
