Hi,

I saw your thread on the Starsystems site for Genesys and TCS integration. We just installed the new eWFM Aspect software and are running Genesys 6.5 reporting and are having issues figuring out how to create reports to send to Aspect for Agent productivity and ACD reports for processing forecasting/scheduling at 15, 30, or 60 minute intervals. Could you provide me information on how you accomplished this integration? Also the interval reports require data from both agent and queue layouts and is there a way in SQL to join the tables for processing the report?

Any information would be helpful.
