ICM monitoring queues on Spectrum and ERP?

Jocelyn:
1)Does anyone have an existing environment where ICM is the preanswer and Genesys is the post answer? 2)Can ICM continue to monitor the queues/ERP on the Spectrum switch? ICM will still want to know the state of the ERP's, but can it be done?
