Jerry:
Anyone know how to create an action , ie send an email, that limits itself by time. In other words, only performs the action (send the email) once within a given hour. How do you prevent the action from occurring if the threshold is broken more than once in an hour?
Any other samples of useful threshold/actions would help,,,
