200 Second Timeout on Rockwell RoutePoint

Anyone had to deal with this? If so, did you find any way around it?

A route point is a Genesys term isn't it? If a call is sent to an application with a host notify ( which sends the call to the network at least on the spectrum )then why would a 200 second timeout be of issue? Is there more info?

Rodney:
I.E. Using Request Host for routing instructions...Router does not find and available resource within 200 seconds.
