Hi,

does anyone know how exactly is the email entered into a contact database before it is delivered to Media Link? What tables are needed to be filled in?

Irving:
Genesys has a 5.1.6 Contact Server Database Schema document. It details some (not all) of the tables in the GenesysCS database. Last count was 25 tables. You might give there Tech support line a call to see if you can get this document.
