ActiveX or Softphone

I may not have my facts right but for integration to a client application there is the Genesys Desktop Toolkit complete with ActiveX objects.

Is there also a softphone client that provides hooks such as DDE and OLE or is this the same thing??

Vic:
Active X sample uses TLibrary to directly connect to TServer. You will not need anything else. I would avoid DDE functionality, if it is at all possible. Wha are you trying to do, if I might ask?
