Call Concentrator does not log to EVREFEX, EVDATA

Hi, I have some problems with CCON. I set it up properly, I think. However, when I use the Starter Application from Genesys to make a call, answer the call and then send attached data, all using a PBX simulator, there is no data logged to EVREFEX and EVDATA; there is data in GCDR and SCDR. What could be th eproblem? I have checked the options already and EVENTDATA and EVREF are already truned on.

Scott,

you can either use EVREFEX or EVDATA. Make sure that evrefex option is on and that you have defined UserData parameter in CCon.
