SendUserEvent and TeleEvent

Hello!

After sending SendUserEvent command with softphone the corrupted TeleEvent is returned to the genesys.log file.

softphone.AddDefaultKeyValue "NOTREADY", ""
softphone.SendUserEvent 0, sDN, sDN, 0, 0, iResult, sAgentId, "", 0
softphone.FreeDefaultData

Log:
TeleEvent = U‹ì‹EP‹MQ‹U‹B‹M‹Q‹Pÿ]Â

Can this be fixed or is it just a feature? TeleEvent should be "EventUserEvent". I am using Siebel 6.0.1, Genesys OLE 5.1.005 and Genesys TServer 5.1

are you using extended character set?
