Is anyone running a G3 v9 with Genesys 5.x? I would be VERY interested in hearing about it.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any installs of G3v9 and Genesys 5.x. Genesys has told us "no problem" but haven't been able to locate any customers implemented this way.

It runs just fine. There is the same problem as with v8, where you have a problem with the switch not letting IR do the routing; however, there is a patch to fix that.

Keep in mind that officially Genesys starts supporting v9 with release 6.

Vic Thank you for the input. You'll have to forgive my ignorance is Starsystems an enduser, integrator, consultants? I guess what I'm getting at is have you worked with multiple installs of 5.1 and G3v8? We just want to be REALLY sure this will fly. I would really like to arrange a site visit with a US install if I can find one.

Vic is correct the G3V9 will work fine, we currently have G3v8.2 at three sites and were looking at going to the G3v9 and it didn't look like there would a problem. Genesys did not certifiy the G3v8 with the G5.1 installation but they will support it. I imagine they will do the same with the G3v9.
