Internet Suite Email Option

Hi,

The Email option cannot send out autoacknowledgement for followup emails bearing the same customer email address and same subject title. Has anybody workaround this before? I would appreciate help on how to send out acknowledgment automatically for every mail received.

Hi,

Just to update. I finally workaround the limitation by setting up auto eply at the email server end. I understand only Exchange 2000 has such feature to setup some rules for it. However, such rules can be easily overwritten by those rules setup at the email client end.
