shoftphone shipment help needed!!!

Hi,
We are developing a softphone in VC++ for our call center. I wish to know that how to make a setup file from the VC++(exe) file that we are already having. What are the set of files( similar to the one we get from genesys along with their starter app) we need to store at each agent machine so that the softphone can be installed there without installing VC++ on those machines. Is there any tool to convert the executable files to the setup files???????
