Missing Interval / CCAnalyzer

Hello together,

we have Genesys 5.1 and we are reporting whit the CCAnalyzer.

I have created a new VQ and implemented it in one of ouer Routing Strategys.
For this Interval ( 15 min) we have no data in the DM Database.

What can I do to get the data of this Interval?
And how can I creat and implement a VQ without loseing any data?

Withing your strategies have you configured IR to send the calls through your virtual queues ?

And you can also see them in CCPulse??

Use VRQ only in multisite environment !(Instead of VRP)
