Loader does not show

I am using the k\lucent simulator and Ihave reached the point of loading my strategies. When I launch the srtrategy loader I see nothing to load the strategies onto.

RY:
Try using Strategy Builder to load the strategies, not SL. Also, do you have routing points defined in CME? You need to create routing points in CME before being able to load strategies on to them.
