A brief question about Definity G3 PBX and its TServer:
is it possible to have G3 link to send events to TServer when agent, for example, presses ACW button on the phoneset?

Ed:
with the G3 ( or any switch ) events from hard phone are not guaranteed. To ensure proper state changes it is best to use the softphone. Though the G3 ( ASAI link ) is the most generous when it comes to passing events. There are some methods within the API to get agent states but that can bring about network latency and a whole bunch more issues. best to train agents to use the software or just use the hard phone.
