MUSIC Treatment for Symphosium

Simmerl:
we want to play music, if the customer waits in the queue.
how can we configure this in the busy reatment tab (6.1 IRD)
and on the switch (Meridian with Symphosium link)

You will need to define a music route. Talk to your PBX engineer and ask him what route number you should use. After you find that just add music to your treatment tab eclosed with your routing block.
