simulator 5.1

I am trying to build a testing strategy with simulator. when I attach the data to call or send CED. I am not seeing any attach data or any CED digit. Please, if someone can help me to solve this problem. What should I do.

I looked your logs it seems like your tenant name is different for TServer and IR... You will need to delete tenant name from IR make sure that it is EMPTY :)


I am sure you will be fine after that.

Look in a log for TServer and tell me what does it say when you get EventDialing. (Most probably, you are just using a wrong button to dial (yes, it IS possible :) )

Btw, what version of TServer and simulator are you using?

Vic I looked at the tserver log files I don't see any event dialing at all. I am using simulator 5.1 and tserver 5.1.

If you can not see any messages in the log, please fix your verbose settings to 'true'.If you are using interaction router, you should have "RequestAttachData" in both IR ad tserver logs.

If you can, please post a portion of the log where you are dialing and attaching data.
