I am not sure why Genesys requires this library, but it is a Sun C++ library, that usually is not installed with the system. The standard layout only has libCrun.so.3 and libCrun.so.5!:( You will need to ask your admin to add patch 1055918 or later to get libCrun.so.1 installed and have the application function properly.

On a related topic did you notice that you cannot installed TServer on SunOS machine with Genesys Configuration Wizard? I had to redefine the type of hosts in CME as Solaris to get CW to copy the necessary files. Did anyone else had a similar problem?
