Is the TServer option use_dn_type (I think that is how is spelt) set. The default value on install is wrong for the meridian. Delete the key to get the default value from tserver. This may fix your problem

My 6.1 consultant says that your stat server version is way old and has serious agent status bugs. It is suggested that you upgrade versions

What type of transfer? Is it via software? SCCS on supports 2 step transfer with software. Check transfer oftion in tserver if using software ( softphone )
