Creating Agent Skill Sets

How and where do you create agent skill sets. I want to develop routing strategies in StratBuilder but can't figure out (remember) where you create the agent skill sets

Hi, Calum!
You need to create skills under Skills in CME. This is where you will define all the necessary skills to be assigned to your agents.
After that, you need to go to Persons, and for every agent that you want to be used in skillased routing, assign the proper skills and respective values.
