Is there anyone that has WFM up and running for at least a few months?
Everyone that we have contacted through Genesys is in the process of installing WFM and that isn't enough to make a good evaluation.

Would love to see it in production.

We ran an evaluation on it, but, to answer your question, no we did not put it into a production. We tried an English version on our Japanese NT, and it was a total disaster.

I did hear about the sites which were using WFM in a multisite environment. I believe someone mentioned it here.
