It is very hard to get you relevant information,if you obviously do not know the Genesys solution and you only try to set anything without idea what's going on. I recommended you go to Genesys training

I agree your point, but now i am learning my self I am bit confused how to play announcement in routing with out using VXML application, if we use just .vox file.

And do you read the doc? Use PlayAnnouncement block in strategy and fill the ID of annc as name of your audio file.
Next thing is that this topic contain to technical discuss and not in developement
