Report Assist section on custom reports doesn't ap

We are experienced some problems when we finish the RGA wizard to create custom reports. We don't know why almost always if Genesys could create the table alias concerning the tables on the report (because sometimes can't create this and a"table alias don't exist" error appears). The Report Assistant section on the report that let choose the date and the object to apply the report doesn't appear and other times the machine freezes and I have to restart it.

Does anybody experience this???

Any suggestion would be helpful
