multisite routing Ericsson MD110

Has anyone done multisite routing before?
I'd like to know what's the cause of this error:

DEST NOT OBTAINABLE (13)

AttributeErrorMessage 'DESTNOTOBTAINABLE'

on the Tserver log. This error occurs with the softphone but according to the pbx vendor, physical phone transfers work. thanks.
